Muskan who is currently in 9th class is now the one who speaks and writes in the English language very fluently. She shared her journey from being an under-confident child in the class to be a smart and assertive one. Sarvam has paved a way for many other children like Muskan who wanted worldly exposure and were longing for the best education. Muskan also tells us how her family is proud of her that she is a part of such a prestigious institution and learning life skills alongside.

As it is rightly said, “until you don’t spread your wings you will have no idea how far you can fly”. The quote justifies the story of Anshi, who lives in a conservative family in Sikanderpur. Anshi tells us that in her initial days of joining Sarvam Shakti her family was reluctant to send their daughter to the NGO as the taboo follows that girls must reside in their homes and must not be out of the house after a specific time. Anshi gathered the courage to fight against all the biasness that came her way and was consistent in taking the classes. Slowly and gradually the family members saw tremendous changes in her behavior, health, personality, and academics. She also became well versed in the English language. Now her family fully supports and encourages her to continue further.

Khushi who lives in Sikanderpur Garhi, an urban shanty settlement, and studies in class 10th shares her experience that before being a part of Sarvam Shakti there was no exposure to extracurricular activities for her she had much empty time in hand which was wasted but after joining sarvam Shakti she transformed it into a productive life. Binge-watching on phone was replaced by learning new dance forms, yoga asanas, and many more things. Besides a productive life, she moved towards a healthy life. She quotes “We get a special drink every day made from vegetables to increase our nutrition intake and boost our immunity levels”. Due to wholistic development, all the kids can live a contented life than earlier.

Simran explain to us the impact yoga and meditation had on her life provided by Sarvam Shakti. It not only changed her externally but internally as well. Yoga and meditation helped her to have a good attention span due to which she could focus more on her studies. It controlled anxiety, generated calmness, and increased flexibility and metabolism. Her whole life has taken a turn and has learned the importance of kindness, honesty, thankfulness, love, and a lot more.
